Muammar Gaddafi spoke at the 64th General Assembly of the United Nations, criticizing the 5 super power countries for the way they’ve handled global unrest. Gaddafi adds that the charter that all countries sign is being directly violated by multiple countries for gain. Gaddafi also theorizes in his speech that H1N1 may have been man-made.
