All of the bedrooms in this house are uninhabitable due to the smart water meter being on one side of the house and the wifi from neighbors on the other. Although I have every circuit in this house switched off except for one (to keep the fridge running and two space heaters and some lights), I am unable to stop the microwave pulsing going on in the house. There is a smart thermostat that has no off button. I presume this is to ensure that the pulsed microwaves are never turned off. There is also a smart lock. When I asked the landlord if this these things can be disabled for a time, I got no response. I cannot use the internet here as the wifi router (which I would normally shield with special fabric) is attached to two other devices (probably a booster and something else). These other two devices are plugged into the router in such a way that THEY CANNOT BE REMOVED!!! It is clear to me that the dark side really, really, really really, does NOT want people finding a way to live without pulsed microwave radiation. There is no way for me to shield the wifi router properly because there are too many devices attached to it. Lucky for me, there is a very kind person that lives in this town using wired internet and she has offered to allow me to use her internet when I need to. This is a life saver.

RF reduction techniques: 3 x 4 feet sheets of metal from Home Depot, grounded with flat braid ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/292064068947?_skw=braided+copper+ground+strap ) to nearest water pipe, ground-rod, or electrical outlet (ground prong). Ungrounded plates generally give 3dB attenuation; grounded plates can give 10 dB atten or more depending upon ground quality, wideness of conductors etc. It’s maybe ‘not much’, but every 10dB presents to biological systems generally as “one-halving” of the energy. Electrosensitive Korean friends have described to me keeping tall cylinders of wet charcoal in their apartments (sometimes several) as means to absorb microwave radiation. Bamboo is also excellent shielding. Having a (properly-grounded) silver-curtain bed drape can also help. I once saw a video of a couple who made a metal-screened cage around their bed, with magnetic clasps holding the whole thing together. Not small nor cheap, but their meter showed over 50dB attentuation — FM radio placed inside silenced; cellphone placed inside became uncallable. That’s 100,000 times reduction, and five human-factor ‘halvings’, which might be significant enough for serious relief at night.

Don’t laugh, here is what I read in the Book of Miso by Shurtleff & Aoyagi. Published by Autumn Press in 1976.
After the nuclear bomb landed in Nagasaki, a doctor (Akizuki) and his staff – who were working in badly damaged and highly radioactive areas, and who had been taking miso soup every day – did not suffer radiation sickness. This was most likely traditionally prepared miso, not like the stuff you buy in Chinatown or supermarkets now. This Dr. was not saying that miso was the only factor and that more research was needed; but they always say that. He hinted that it was a major factor in his ability to keep his and his staff’s health.
Anyway: In 1972, a few Japanese scientists doing agricultural research stimulated by Dr. Akizuki’s writings discovered a substance in miso which they called zybicolin. Produced by miso and natto yeasts, it has the ability to attract, absorb and discharge from the body radioactive elements such as strontium. The discovery received front page coverage in all of Japan’s major newspapers. Miso does not contain the bacteria found in natto, and the problem is you can always make your own natto, but everyone except for the Japanese just can’t get it down, it’s apparently so awful-tasting. Far as I am concerned, where there’s a will, there’s a way.

I do understand that radiation from nuclear weapons is not the same as radiation produced by cell phone towers, water meters and so on, that is, ionizing VS nonionizing, but I make no distinction; these entities are excessively yin (expansive, having a dissolving, destructive nature). I did a search about the difference in health effects of these two unnatural kinds of radiation and there is some overlapping.

Wifi is billions of sharp-edged waveforms (having odd-order harmonics extending for at least 5 doublings and probably more) per second, and it is constant. Ionizing vs Non-ionizing is misdirection, like talking about cement truck compared to a Yugo; either one hitting ‘enough’ will kill.
— Anything that causes chronic radiation exposure is more harmful IMO. An x-ray (ionizing) is a split second shot. Cell phones and all wireless devices are CHRONIC. The radiation exposure never ends. It is deadly just as certain as “nuclear” radiation is. It just takes a bit longer for living things to die.
— 100% agree. The low-level chronic electromagnetic / non-ionizing seems likely more insidious because it slow-kills more painfully and therefore more expensively. At least with ionized overload the kill is comparatively quick. With wifi/cordless/cell, ‘They’ have figured out how to profit mightily and at every step (eyeglasses, fibro-myalgia/microwave-allergy pills, painkillers, psych meds) from the mass sickening, withering, culling.
