I think hurricanes compact this field, taking it from a span of surface-to-ionosphere (500 km?) down to a span of surface-to-slightly-above-hurricane’s-upper-disc. The field is therefore greatly intensified, making more prevalent lightning, levitation of heavy objects (anti-gravity by electric field effect), and also allowing the use of Directed Energy Weaponry within the field and for at least 200 miles beyond the “edge” of the hurricane. The kept-super-secret Hurricane Erin was made to sit still for the entire day of 9/11/2001 just 200 miles east of NYC. Tesla’s DEATH RAY, or particle beam weapon was used to take down the WTC on 9/11, the Murrah bldg in OKC, the California and Canada and Oz wildphyres, and many, many other uses. The scenario requires a high-voltage gradient into which are injected particles oscillating at microwave frequencies; given proper frequencies, molecular basis of matter can be disrupted. This has been shown in the HUTCHISON EFFECT, with evidence collected by DR JUDY WOOD, and with numerous comparative photos at conspira dot org website. The high-voltage gradient on 9/11 at WTC was generated by the news-ignored HURRICANE ERIN, the class 3 monster that bore directly at NYC for two weeks before 9/11 and then (“impossibly”, except for HAARP weather mod) sat still only 200 miles east of NYC for the entire day of 9/11. The particle beam was supplied from RHIC at BNL, 61.1 miles away at an angle of 119 degrees and headquartered at building #911 on BNL site, which is direct line-of-sight between BNL RHIC and WTC. Same kind of story on 9/11 at Pentagon, exactly 19.47 miles direct line of sight to NIST in Gaithersburg MD which also has particle beam LINAC generator. Same story in 1995 at OKC Murrah building, which is 666 miles from Fermilab particle beam ion gun. Look and you will discover the same and subsidiary mil contractors were leasing “beam time” at Fermilab during OKC and also at NIST and BNL during 9/11 attack. Your video is focusing on threads and not on the much bigger, deeper and more insidious aspects of the Tesla Death Ray. Look at the phots on conspira org and judge for yourself.
The even-scarier aspect is something called MINOS, a project of Fermilab and Brookhaven Natl Labs (BNL), which seeks to fire the particle beam weaponry thru solid matter, underground, presumably not requiring a line-of-sight but rather a pulsed attracting voltage (or series of such) to direct the beam and bring it up into the target and begin the molecular dissociation destruction.
I hope that you are not naive enough to believe that CERN, FERMILAB, BNL and the many, many other outrageously expensive “ion gun” particle accelerators have any stronger-sought purpose than Death Ray / finger-of-God type of military weaponry.
