@Lorand Horvath no doubt it’s the crystals that cause the resonant effect, following reasoning of piezoelectricity. But piezoelectricity is not an appreciable sinking or dissipation of energy (otherwise all quartz piezo watches would not last years on one watch battery) and instead probably nearly as good at re-transmitting the energies to which they are entrained. It follows, doesn’t it, that resonance without sinking then becomes an additional source, an added danger? I think this is why bags of wet charcoal are used in Korea/Singapore instead of crystals/rocks/etc.

SUBJECT: Project SWEEP
Overview
The TSS project SWEEP is being formed 21 March 1972 by order of the Director as a continuation of the successful research conducted under MKSEARCH, Subproject 47. The unexpected generational effects of heightened mentation in offspring of MKSEARCH-47 subjects will be the focus of this study.
1. This multiphase project will consist of the following:
