Trump, Fauci, Jesuits, can only mandate it for air travel, border crossing, etc. by law presumably. States, counties, however can adjust their laws more easily to mandate it. So can private companies and landowners, who can do it on a moment’s whim, so your next visit to Wegmans/Krogers/etc could require (per Wegmans) a scan of your FRID chip or presentation of your vaccination card or papers. And They are spineless and psychopathic by definition (serving, by law, ONLY the dollar/earnings).
