1. Establish fixed habits of reaction to authority.

2. Conformity – Homogenization — Make children as alike as possible – COG CREATION.

3. Directive function – school diagnoses your “proper” social role, then log the evidence of where you fit in the great pyramid, so that future people can keep you trapped in that role.

4. Differentiative function – teach only what is required for role (#3).

5. Selective function – preserve “desirable” reproduction; establish weakness and inabilities in less desirable races. Darwinism, favored races. Improve the breeding stock; tag the unfit with their inferiority with poor grades, humiliation, remedial placement – so the peers accept them as inferior, so that good breeding females reject the lesser males as possible partners.

6. Propaedeutic function – Grooming those in higher classes to manage the lower classes; identify higher minds, “leaders”, groom them to control, dupe, lead.
