HUTCHISON EFFECT involves 3 components: (1) particle radiation; (2) microwave RF radiation; (3) high-voltage energy field.
That’s one matching component, the particle radiation.
If the smoke field were realized to induce at cellular level a kind of eletrical field effect, then that would be two matches.
Given that no living person now (nor then in the 1960s) existed in modern society outside of RF energy fields (in JVB’s case, in New Orleans area, at least dozens of various radio broadcasting stations), that would be all three matches.
The high-voltage field setting up tension in one axis.
The RF introducing repetitive oscillation on another axis.
Particle radiation impinging a third, random energetic upset into the system.
Turn the energies up high enough and that might explain how the uniform status of nature might be sent into cascade of molecular disassociation.
