Arecibo both heats water (when transmitting) and responds best to frequencies of heated water. As the Bible describes the “dome” as separating the “waters below” from the “water above”, Arecibo’s sensitivity to water frequencies suits the scripture. They will probably never admit this, never correlate this, and always explain it away; nevertheless, it is a curious fact.
