I think hurricanes compact this field, taking it from a span of surface-to-ionosphere (500 km?) down to a span of surface-to-slightly-above-hurricane’s-upper-disc. The field is therefore greatly intensified, making more prevalent lightning, levitation of heavy objects (anti-gravity by electric field effect), and also allowing the use of Directed Energy Weaponry within the field and for at least 200 miles beyond the “edge” of the hurricane. The kept-super-secret Hurricane Erin was made to sit still for the entire day of 9/11/2001 just 200 miles east of NYC. There is every indication it was born, steered, and used as a necessary atmospheric power component of the DEW used to dustify the WTC complex.
