1. Directly attack organs by ACE2 receptor.
2. Indirect attack organs as collateral damage from cytokine storm.
3. Indirect attack organs by blood clots.
4. Indirect damage per lowered oxygen levels, bad ventilator settings, drugs themselves, or part/all combinations.
All this damage and findings appear entirely consistent with microwave radiation damage. It would be interesting to know if the deceased also suffered partial or complete cataract (blindness) / corneal damage, indicating exposure to intense microwave radiation.
