The MILGRAM EXPERIMENT ( in which 66 out of 67 test subjects proceeded to shock a person with “lethal” voltage, as directed by a white-coated test administrator ) showed the mentality behind WHAT ENABLED THEM TO APPLY THE SHOCK — it was the experiment administrator (the person wearing the white coat) who verbally explained that he “acceptable all responsibility” for the test subjects’ actions, that they were essentially indemnified from morality, from liability for any harm (or death) caused. THE SAME THING IS AT WORK HERE —– show the troops that their authority is false, that THEY THE TROOPS are morally incorrect and have NO BACKING, NO WHITE COAT AUTHORITIES WHO ARE LEGALLY OR MORALLY VALID and able to legally adopt all responsibilities for the troops’ actions.
