There is no such thing, supposedly, as a “5G hotspot” — there are antenna arrays that ‘follow you around’ with beamed energy, by using small ‘phased-array’ antennae. If you simply don’t use 5G devices and stay away from those using 5G devices, you will not be impacted at all, in theory.
Re: the vids of those people ‘dropping dead’ — maybe they are using 5G and then simply turn around or move into the beam path (of their own beam, or someone else’s beam), which unfortunately blasts through their heart, or lungs, or brain, or spinal cord, and BOOM they’re downed.
Also, Elon Musk STARLINK plans to launch 42,000 5G blasters into low-orbit, blanketing the world with inescapable 5G. Over 350 have already been launched in 6 launches so far, beginning 2019 (60 blasters per launch). That’s a LOT MORE to go. So, the blibblab about ‘what about 5G not in this location or city’ etc is increasingly invalid, if Musk / STARLINK is true. Of course ‘we will see waves of spiking outbreaks’, but it will be due to sets of 60 STARLINK 5G blaster satellites being switched-on, not to the coverstory/scapegoat that is COVID (or any subsequent “flu” — see Firstenberg’s INVISIBLE RAINBOW which correlates all major pandemics immediately following each massive electrification, radio, RADAR, mil sat, and now most recently 5G).

Note that if you are near a 5G antenna / base-station — it presumably can operate in “omnidirectional” (ie, non-beam) mode, in order to locate nearby devices; it then presumably switches into beam mode. Also, there are several frequency bands associated with 5G, Hundreds of MHz, 2.4 GHz, 3.5 GHz in the “low band”; there is a “mid band”; there is also presumably a “high band”. 60 GHz is also within the list of frequency bands. True technical details and implementation information is surprisingly hard to find.
Some or all of these are weaponized frequencies, meaning they were chosen (by Raytheon and ilk) to cause biological harm. 2.4 GHz spins up water (microwave oven heating), so of course it makes sense as a mil weapon — it causes soldiers’ corneas to turn grey, blinding them. This is well known from use in Iraq, Panama, etc. 60 GHz it is said, spins up oxygen molecules, essentially turning the breathable air itself into a battlefield poison gas.
