Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit was called “JFK” by his officer peers because he was a spitting image look-alike for JFK. Tippit was killed for his body and brain. It is Tippit’s body in the “JFK autopsy” photos and probably also his body that is buried in JFK’s tomb.
