I worked on a diving boat for years, harvesting sea-food, working at an average of double atmospheric preasure for up to 4 hours / day for weeks at a time and all year long amongst a fleet of other divers on their boats so I have much experience actually working hard under preasure. We mostly ate sea-food with very little processed carbs and allot of bacon and eggs.
I have never been healthier and I’m still in great shape at 59 so I would agree about both the increased air preasure and high fat/protien – low processed carb lifestyle but what is even more persuasive is all the other divers in the fleet were in great shape, an exellent bunch of guys, good humored sharp witted and healthy as you could be. ?
